RPM Outlet problems
I have been trying to order a gauge and pillar package for a customer. Went to RPM outlet and found a "Special" they had advertised. Sounded reasonable and would provide what he needed. Upon ordering, there were no signs of any problems. 3 days later, I was attempting to track the order and after several unsuccessful avenues, I was advised there was a back order until Nov. 2 at the earliest. No offer of substitutes was made and very little effort to make things right. Upon request to cancel the order, I find there is a 5% cancellation fee. I am not very happy w/ this company and just wanting to make everyone aware of this back order in an attempt to save you some hassle.
