oil pressure?
Ok, this is really wierd, last weekend I was driving my truck and I lost oil pressure. The day before I put some Restore oil additive in the oil. I changed the oil and there is still no oil pressure. The thing is that it shows oil pressure when it doesnt idle, if it is at 1,000 rpm it shows a normal reading. I think it could be bad wiring or a bad fuse but it is strange since it doesnt appear to leak oil and that it shows pressure while I'm going down the road. I'm still driving it and it isnt running hot so I doubt that it is the oil pump. Any ideas?
