2001 Exploder NO HEAT

2001 Exploder NO HEAT
My wife's exploder has no heat. Did the normal changed thermostat. Checked blem door , it's okay. Took heater hoses off, poured water thru it and it flowed
just fine.
Took a clear line and installed it in place of the heater core and antifreeze does NOT flow [it will a little with higher rpm]. Confused.
What next???
