need parts

I am looking for a fuel sender/pick-up assembly for my '76 Ranchero.Anybody know of a supplier?

I am also considering changing the engine control electronics in my '95 Bronco to that out of a '96 in order to have the OBDII system. Any thoughts on this?

D4LY-9275-A .. Fuel Sending Unit

Fits all 1974/76 Torino/Ranchero/Montego; Mark IV/T-Bird (except with a 460 engine). Same application with a 460 = D4LY-9275-B

All 1977/79 LTD II/Ranchero; Mark V/Cougar/T-Bird regardless of engine size.

Since the gauge is reading incorrectly, it may be the float itself which is made of two pieces of copper soldered together. Solder breaks down, gas seeps in, float settles towards the bottom of the tank.

You can buy just the float, plastic mesh filter screen (attaches to pickup tube) and gasket from Ford. These parts were also furnished with the assy., which is now obsolete.

C0AZ-9202-B .. Float

C0AF-9276-A .. Sender Gasket

D1AZ-9A011-A .. Filter

EDIT: FTE sponsor GREEN SALES has 4 NOS (new old stock) D4LY-9275-A senders, and 1 D4LY-9275-B sender = 800-543-4959

A massive amount of work for no benefit. Converting to mass air from speed density is beneficial though....

You are crazy. I second converting what you have to mass air, if it isn't already. (I thought 94-95 were?) The only advantage is see to having OBDII is the ease of diagnosing and repairing the vehicle when it acts up, and computer modifications. Unless you have a donor vehicle to rob all of the parts from, i would not bother.
