Changing glow plugs

Exclamation Changing glow plugs

OK i have a new set of glow plugs ZD9 i know they fit the newer style but if i change out the spade to the bullet style will they still work someone told me they were a different voltage so i will ask the knowledgeable experts on here <MAN good feel ya make that don?t> by the way i have a push button on mine ate to many over the years

OK the knowledge comment is a complement you guys have helped me out in the past just reading on somethings has got me in the ballpark to get the beasts going again so this is in the highest regards to y'all my hat is off to ya

No problem using the ZD 9 if you can get a good electrical connection to the glow plug.

Just hold the manual switch for 10 seconds, a bit less if it is over 40 and start the engine.

The set I am running is three years old, and they are all still good.

Knowledge....that just means some of us break more stuff than others do.
How do I know what I know, from fixing it after I broke it.

This i agree on i have fixed more stuff on the old gal this year then in the past she seems to be telling me something but it is hard to give her up just like a good woman they seem to grow on ya

I wish I only had to replace stuff that was worn out.

Many of the parts I have had to replace had more to do with the loads I haul and the places I haul them.
