The only time I ever flew Airtran the plane was 3hrs late leaving on the "out" leg and 4hrs late on the "return" leg and wanted to charge additional for the return trip.
Never again with Airtran. I'll walk first.
Southwest is the best. No frills, just transportation from point A to Point B. Every seat is "first class".
