Need a 302 in good shape? I have one that has about 70K miles on it, that's looking for a new home. You'd need a timing case, and the roller valve train parts for the heads and valley (dogbones). It came out of a 94 mustang, and has a roller cam in it right now.

But if my luck runs true - you are lightyears from Memphis TN. It's in the TN chapter buy/sell/trade thread.
