Angry Damn pining!!

Whats the deal on these 150's with a 302 that makes them ping? My truck is a 94 xlt with 138K miles, 302 and auto tans. I did a tune up, just so I know everything in that department is good.( just bought truck about 1.5 months ago)

Items I put on,

new autolite 25's, gapped at .054
new cap & rotor,
new wires,
new fuel filter,
new ECT sensor,
new 02 sensor,

Also seafoamed the tank and ran some through the VAC line. Checked timing and its at 10* with spout out..

I have been reading up on this and tired all suggestions from other post. Only thing I haven't done is, new knock sensor.. And from the looks of it, really don't want to mess with that, looks to be pain to get to.. But if it will fix the pinging i will..

Is it something in the computer, and the way it is programed??

And is there any other tips I can try???

Been running 93 octane, and it seems to hold knock off until little under half tank of gas..

Tired that also,,, and it did help. Now all I run is Chevron and Texaco. They seem to work the best..

If it's mass air, try cleaning the mass air meter sensing elements.

Are the plug wires run correctly? You need to keep them apart as much as possible to reduce crossfire induction.

Yea guys did the plug wire routing. Did a search on this before posting.. With that and the tune up the pinging has gotten better. Its not as bad and only happen at part throttle when accelerating now, but isn't no where as bad as it was..

Will try the maf element cleaning, next. Then go ahead an put a knock sensor just to rule it out.

Bump... Was it the knock sensor?? I still have the pinging problem.
I've replaced plugs/wires and routed them correct. I've replace egr and vacuum hoses. Timing set on 10deg with spout off. EGR functioning correctly with open on partial closed on full throttle. Pulled codes off and on and both pass with no bad codes. Did Seafoam thing twice within a month radius, with not much smoke. Sometimes it pings just a little...and sometimes pings bad throughout acceleration. I'm out of clues

I have done the
plug routing ,
fuel pressure check ,
retime ,
cleaned and tested ,and replace all sensors,Maf egr o2 and more
new ford racing wires ,mds cap ,ETC ,
pulled codes,yada yada yada
and 2 week later ithe ping comes back.

As long as I run one local brand of gas I'm fine with 89. But switch and its pinging for 2-3 tanks till all gas is used . Then its fine till in pinch have to get gas else where .And cycle starts again . So its mid or high grade for me.

EGR related problems are probably the #1 ping culprit. Then there is carbon deposits in the combustion chamber, crappy gas, base timing not set properly, crossfire in the spark plug wires etc.
