linkage ? HELP PLEASE!
Can not get this linkage to work without putting cable in a bind. Any suggestions?And do I have the carb sitting right? I have the stock cable and bracket.

I think I know what you're talking about.
The linkage pushes instead of pulling is that your problem?
If so just make up a pivot and mount it so when the original linkage pushes the pivot at the top or the bottom however you wish to hook it up it will pull at the opposite end. For example if you make the pivot to hook up to push at the top it will pull at the bottom.
Or if you make the pivot linkage push at the bottom it will pull at the top.
The whole thing just changes the original linkage from a push to a pull or visa versa.

Not really the problem. the bracket is sitting up so high it's got the cable bent. I need to find a bracket to hold the cable a little lower.I seen some home made brackets on here awhile back and hope someone can post a pic of one. Thanks for the response Rick.
