EEC Self Tes Results...need help

Hey guys, i did the EEC self test to get engine codes (KOEO)

I got...

Code 12 : Cannot control RPM during ER Self-Test high RPM check
Code 21 : ECT out of self test range 0.3 to 3.7 volts
Code 121: TPS circuit below minimum 0.6 volts./TPS circuit below minimum 0.6 volts.

My truck idles ~1400 rpm and slams into gear from Forward to Reverse and visa versa.....

What do i do next besides a new TPS???

if i remember right, you either have 2 number codes or 3 number codes, not a combo of 2s and 3s.

iac=idle air control is my guess.

No i did not use a code reader, i used the method outlined on the Ford Fuel Injection website, ground the test plug and turn key on and count the blinks

What do the other codes mean

Thanks
