Now that's she's running again, I want to know Whick gpr terminals are "hot"(have voltage) when the engine is running and the plugs have kicked off. The bottom 3 (see pict) have voltage. This is the way it is supost to be. Right???

that sounds correct. One large terminal has power one small terminal has power and then the other small terminal when the PCM isn't supplying ground has power on it also. Then the PCM commands the the GP's on it grounds the control circuit and energizes the GPR.
