remove dump silencer from 460
i asked what is was before in this post:

so what would happen if i took it off? in this post:

chris mentions his truck made a popping sound. i'm cleaning up my engine bay and just got to looking at it. it's in the way of a lot of other stuff and doesn't seem like it'd do much. can you actually hear a difference with it off? just curious
