I'm not sure what they are called but I remember that style from back in the mid 80's. I'm sure someone will be able to put a name to them pretty soon.
The picture isn't the greatest, but they kinda look like salt flat discs to me. Available from Moon Equipment, probably Summit Racing and a bunch of other places - various wheel diameters and attachment methods.....
Not sure on yours with the color white on the outside, but I think they were called the Spun Aluminum discs that were sold in the aftermarket shops.
They were quite popular in the 60s.
Then again I believe that some Chrysler made cars had them also??????
Yep they are definately the salt flats/moon style. I'm thinking the paint was done custom. They are a little unusual in that the center is pointed like the salt flat style but the white are is recessed like the moon style. Took one off and no identification so must be some cheapies.
Thinking I may just paint the wheels red and get a cheap set of small Ford center caps. Unless I can locate one of these.
Moon style discs: Popular from the late 1930's thru the 1960's. The whitewall "dress up" attachment came about because directly after WWII, there was no white rubber available. Cars used white painted beauty rims instead. Chrysler products predominated. By midyear 1947, white rubber was available in sufficent quantities to produce white wall tires again. Did Moon paint the outer section of these discs white, or did some former owner? I'm guessing it was a previous owners preference, as I have never seen white Moon discs.

Not salt flats: they were flat or peaked like a asian rice paddy hat, with no recessed area. Not Moons, they were either baby moons or full moons not with pointed peaks.
Salt flat design came from a wheel on a WWI airplane called the "Jenny" copied by a high speed racer in the 30's , thinking it would make it faster.
I never seen them before. White wall info sounds good, never knew this, thanks. Have a great day, chuck
