Header question...

Hi, Im new to the forum and have a quick question. Has anyone ever heard of using mustang 5.0L shorty (equal length) headers on a F150 (1991) 4x4 with a 5.0L? I have a set gathering dust in my garage that I could put to good use. Im not worried about connection to the Y-pipe, just fit. Thanks, Joe

You will be better off just keeping the stock manifolds. The shorties wont give you any better performance or fuel economy and it will hurt your low end torque.
