MBRP duals are nice. Magnaflow makes really nice exhaust, too. Kinda depends on your budget, as after-market exhausts are a big improvement over original equipment.

Here's a link to our site for various exhaust for your truck:

I don't think Ford would have an issue with a diff. exhaust from the dpf back. Exhausts wear out all the time.

Good point about the sound. Put Cool Duals on The Chevy D/A. I hear the turbo a little more with the windows down thats it. Does a way better job dispersing heat during regen though. Looks sharp as well. With the Chevy Gm has a bolt-on fitting between the DPF and Exhaust that is easy enough to bolt-on or off a new system.

You should check out our shop's exhausts. We have MBRP, Flowmaster, Borla and a lot more. They're on this page: http://motorhaven.autoanything.com/exhausts-mufflers/10A50209.aspx

I SPOKE WITH THE WARRANTY REP FROM MY DEALER AND FORD IS RECOMENDING NOT TO MOD RIGHT NOW, ( including exhaust from the DPF back) ESPECIALLY IF YOU MIGHT USE A DEALER IN ANOTHER AREA BECAUSE THEY (CAN) REFUSE WARRANTY WORK DO TO A MOD( if they can't prove that the mod caused the problem or not) Because the 6.4 is new and hard to diagnose (especially with a mod) .I travel across the country for long periods of time and use many dealers so I will wate for awile and see how the new DPF is going to do.

wait, wait, wait just a minute, a Ford Dealer put this on and is warranty-ing it for you? Are you talking about an 08 6.4 truck?

Only point I was trying to make is that the exhaust and pipe are wearable parts a lot like a break-pad. The consumer should have the choice to use Ford parts or after-market parts. According to this logic if the exhasut wears out you need to go back to a Ford dealer and have ford parts put back on vs. a cheaper local shop.

I SEE YOUR POINT BUT IT REALLY DOSN'T MATTER WHAT WE THINK IF FORD DOSN'T SEE IT THAT WAY.

If you go to page marked 27 or (Adobe page 29 of 56) you will see a drawing of the exhaust system which shows what can be modified. Basically you can modify between the DPF and the cooling diffuser twin tips; with warning to not increase the back pressure.
