Jon is right, first get a return line kit for the injectors. That includes new caps, fuel line, O rings, and clamps. I did that just the other week. (It fixed my problem 10 years ago when it happened...) For me, it did not take care of the problem, but I think there is a one way valve in the fuel filter where the return line also goes to, and that may be bad. I cut the line going to it and plugged it up. So far OK, but it has not sat still for a week to be certain. At any rate, if it starts right up, then quits, you have a fuel starvation problem.

start small, do the return kit first..replace the fuel return check valve at the filter..then go from there. but do yourself a favor and check out the page..lots of good free info. he is a ford certified tech.
