This may be off topic but I have slide out mirrors on my 2001 F 350. They are electrically adjustable _ at least they are supposed to be. When I moved them to the "out" position when pulling my 5th Wheel, they wouldn't adjust any more.
When I moved them back in, they wouldn't adjust either.
Not positive without looking but possibly the connector came loose ar maybe a broken wire? Does it not adjust at all? Blown fuse? Just throwing out ideas
I don't drive my truck often - mostly when pulling my 5th wheel.
I just went out and checked the mirrors with them in the inboard position. Both worked.
I've had this happen before where they wouldn't work after I moved them back inboard and after a while they would.
It must be the right/left mirror switch that's faulty.
I guess I'll pop the switches out of the door and look the connections over to see if there's any obvious problems. I don't particularly want to tear into the mirrors themselves.
