I would like to know were the glowplug relay is on a 96 ford E-350 with a 7.3 powerstroke i found the starter relay but i cant find the gpr with everything in the engine compartment there is no telling were it is thanks.
Here's a link for most of the stuff under the hood. It belongs to TJ Beggs, he'll probably be along today sometime. I have it saved in my favs folder. Thanks goes to Tim.
If you take the doghouse off its on the top passeger side of the engine.
About the middle of the valve cover.
Take the heat shield and that black box thing off the turbo and youll see it.
Or directly behind the alernator under the trans dipstick.
I just changed mine.
Well since its a van first you need to get your torch out and cut the cab off. Then you will have a clear view of the engine. The GPR relay will be in the same spot as the pickup's on the engine. just alot harder to get to. I HATE VANS!

I hear that!!
Wanna buy mine cheap??
Just wait till you need to change the injectors.
why is it diff on cali trucks. what diff does it make?
cali trucks monitor the GP system through the PCM and looks for faults or bad GP's in right and left bank. It can throw a CEL telling you which side has the fault. It has a 2 prong connector (pict above) vs. 2 small wires.
