do you know what the weight is on those turcks, im guessing 600 hp would put me in the low 11's

The bed comes off pretty fast depending on whether or not you have a bedliner. Gas tank neck, wiring harness, and bed bolts (probably 8?) and off she comes.

im thinking it might take a day if were f-in around to do this but the cutting and welding wont take but a couple of hrs at max

I personally would suggest cutting the frame at a 45° angle, rather than the stair step that they did.
