hello I am new to these forums. I own a 68 F100 and have owned it for 7 years now and I am starting to drive it again. here is a little bit about my truck. I built the engine about 4 and a half years ago and it is a 390 bored 60 with a good bottom end, 61 or 62 can't rember what year heads but they are the big port heads, redone and shaved with 2.09 intake and 1.65 exhaust staineless steel cutoff valve. The heads are fully ported. I have a crane cams solid lift with .563 lift on intake and .587 lift on the exhaust. can't remember the duration. I have a performer rpm intake and a 750 demon carb sitton on top. exhaust is headman headers that are ceramic coated and 3 inch pipe back to the 3 inch delta flow flowmaster mufflers dumped. The drivetrain is a built C6 with a TCI street fighter converter and 4.33 gears with a spool and moser 31 spline axles. The wheels are the mickey thompson classic 2s 15x8 with 255/60/15 BFG radial TAs on the front and 15x10 with 295/65/15 mickey thompson drag radials on the back. The truck needs a paint job but it looks ok for an old farmtruck. I'll try to create a gallery to put some pics on. I like to run it at the dragstrip. I have run it in the 1/8th and the best was a 8.27@80 and that is on the stock suspension. I am driving this truck everyday. Let me know what ya'll think about my truck. Thanks.
