Changing my Fuel Filter
the clip that connects to the fuel filter is part of the actual fuel line . It has
(2) lines coming out of the tank 1 about 3ft long an the part that clips to the fuel filter is approx. 6" long this part has a retaining clip that clicks into the fuel filter .. it is not a typical clip it is round like a O-ring but is made of plastic an is inserted into the line that clips to the filter. The Dealer wants almost $200. for the line an can't promise me that the retaining clip will be on the line .. asking if anyone has heard of these types of clips an can either point me to a supplier or to a junk yard that may have it .
Thankyou . Donuts
This link was posted a few threads down, but it seems to be a good one.

If you are looking for actual replacement parts due to breakage, a salvage yard might be your best bet to help avoid dealer costs. Although, the first thing they usually do is rip out the gas tank, so you may or may not have good luck finding a complete line to the tank if that is what you are looking for.
Also, did you get the fuel line removal tool and use it when changing the filter?
