For the HP the 5.7l Hemi has it should be able to hang with the Tundra and Nissan. It can't. I'm willing to bet my 6.8l SD will take the hemi up to 100mph.

I had a Dodge Hemi Crew cab prior to owning my Ford F-250 and all it was good for was burning gas and hauling a$$. I got rid of it because it wouldn't tow very well (yet they have the same engine in the 2500).
I'd have to say however that pure acceleration will leave you staring at his tailgate assuming stock vehicles.
i had a 03 reg cab 4x4 ram 1500 with a hemi and stock 3.92 gears with 37's and it would move pretty damn good, dut i did have a superchips and a airaid intake and magnaflow exhaust. it was only hurt by the tires at high way speed you couldn't cruise at 80 it would down shift alot and i got 11.8mpg so it wasnt to bad but i woulndt say they suck or any thing i loved mine and i held it to the floor at almost every red light and would race any one that wonted to race and i have beat a tuned duramax when i had 35's. i cut him off and he got mad i saw the smoke and mashed on it pulled on him the hole time he eventually turned around and went the other way cause he couldnt catch me.

Crew V10 versus my Crew 6.0... Off the line, no chance.. Over 115, eh dunno.. Never got faster then 105 in mine lol.. Not very comfortable doing 115 in a lifted 8000lb truck ROFL

sorry,i dont beleive that for a second..a tuned duramax would suck you headlights out
Ive had some tough fights with tuned Dura's.. We've played tag a few times.. Even mine modified against a modified Dura, thats a tough lil fight..
Think about this if you will.. Modified 6.0 versus stock Hemi, blasted 4 times already.. Modified 6.0 versus Modified Dura, quite a fight but still came on top..
I'd say hands down the Tundra 5.7 would kick the Hemi's ***. I am by no means a Toyota fan but I've seen a stock Tundra running and the guy got on it and man was that truck quick.
