Power steering bracket

I'm doing a 460 swap in my 78 F250 and will the power steering pump bracket off the original 400 work?

I don't think so.. and since you can't use it you wanna sell me your old bracket?

There are TWO power steering brackets = support & adjusting.

The adjusting bracket is the same 351M/400/460.

The support bracket (D0AZ-3C511-F) is 460 only.

This bracket is also the same as 429 FoMoCo passenger cars 1970/72.

That has some sort of odd droop to it, lowering the pump. You would require a spacer and a bolt long enough to go thru the bracket, spacer.and at least 3/4" into the motor.

This is for Before 1978 so be careful what you get.
