Is this bad?

Have already taken it in to have it looked at and they said nothing is wrong its normal. It only slings fluid out while traveling at highway speeds. I washed the truck before heading to Tuscaloosa and this is what it looked like after driving 75mph for 213 miles:

Anyone have any ideas?

Well, having just read a owners manual regarding changing tires, there's a section that talks about lubricating part of each lugnut (NOT THE STUD!!!).

To me it looks like someone got a little sloppy with the lube and you're seeing the excess.

I recommend pulling out your owners manual and reading the section on changing tires.

Good Luck!

It would make sense now that i remember the problem didnt show up till after i had the tires rotated at a dealership in N. Carolina which was about a month ago. Guy must have put a ton on there! Appreciate the input.

Its dark stone but it really depends on what time of the day you are looking at it b/c it can look green, brown, or black in different lighting

Mine does the exact same thing, but it even does it at forty miles perhour. I had it in for brakes not to long ago. He must of lubbed the crap out of somthing cause it annoys me. Now i have to carry a rag in the truck just to wipe it down

I hear ya on that one. It sucks to have a clean truck and lube running down all five spokes on the wheels. Drives me insane

It is getting annoying and i dont know how to stop it. Couple that with break dust. Now i have to wipe my rims down once a day before i start driving the truck

If this is due to lugs over lubed, you can remove them clean them with solvent, after dry put 2 drops of lube on the bearing surfact. Then reinstall.

This should clean it up.
