Parking Break Cable

Is there an adjustmant on the parking break cables? My cables stretch for some reason and dont wanna buy new ones. All the Parking break components are fine and lot of pad left on each drum.

Only adjustment I know of is at the brake shoes. The cables do tend to rust and stretch untill they snap

yea I had issues with mine like that too, I tried to tighten the shoes but never really worked so I ended up buying both new cables, and be sure to by the ford ones I used a napa on the first time and it never worked right and stuck and finally broke then I replaces it with a ford one and havent had any problems
