The first is that my multypurpose switch is going to bit the dust. I have Mercedes Truck switch, that may fit my aero, but I need Aero Switch connector assigment. So I need pin assigment of ignition switch.
The other problem, my manual tranny made somewere in USSR many years ago nocks slightly on all gears exept of 4th (1:1)..... I newer disasemblied manual trannies and I suggest bearing ore gears.... This tranny was found on a junkyard. well..... seems to me I gonna fix it before winter. Earlier I thought it is engine nock under the load, but nu I'm sure it is tranny.
Can't help with your switch, I have no application map.
But if the transmission knocks in all gears except direct (4th or 1:1) when main shaft is directly engaged. Problem has to be with cluster gear, an Idler, or bad bearing (s) on cluster/ Idler gear.
It is possible input shaft which drives cluster could be knicked or puckered a little bit, but that is not the most likely cause, the first causes I mention are more likely.

Well, the real problem is that I use to change trannies to junk ones for $50-120, all they are about 400-800K ore more. To rebuild tranny is about $200-300. As result I use trannies with worn gears and bearings. I have 1 tranny with worn gears and bearings in garage and I wanna try to rebuild it myself. This tranny works, but very noisy, like a bobmer attacing enemy tanks.... People say, that GAZ trannies are like F-150 manual trannies, not like m5od. COonverting my aero to 5st tranny I installed new Saschs Pressure plate, clutch disk and clutch release bearing. I have no clutch related problem for more then 200K. So I gonna rebuild my old tranny and leave it in garage till my current tranny will be totally destroed..... I wanna see what may happen.
