Well, everyone's been saying that if you put bigger injectors on your EFI 300 it gives it more power etc etc. well what exactly do bigger injectors do? what injectors would work best? I would imagine something from a 5.0L? would there be a great loss of MPG's? Is it hard to do? would used injectors be fine for this?
Do a search this has probably been beaten to death. If all you do is drop in injectors there won't be much difference the comp will think you got the stock ones and open them like they were the smaller ones until the o2 sensor sniffs too much fuel then it will shorten up the pulse width and you will be getting the same amount of fuel as the stock ones. You need to make a concerted effort when it comes to upgrades/mods
Buy all the components you need or want, Then when you got everything that compromises a well rounded modification for your need, install the system and you will feel the difference. If you can't resist putting it in as you get it, you won't get a big boost in power and I know that is what you want. If you can resist installing it gather the components as you can afford it and wait You will be more impressed!!
