Does anyone know where I can get a diagram of the auto locking hubs on a 95 f-150 4 wheel drive? I took one apart and it doesn't seem to want to work now. It clicks and doesn't lock in. Thanks
If they give you too much trouble I would recommend swapping them over to some manual hubs. The auto's have a bad habit of leaving you stranded with no 4wd. I know from experience...
Yeah mine gave out on a mountain top in a snowstorm. Cost me $250 for a tow to the summit and another $100 for chains there... Definitely not worth TRUSTING those crappy hubs...
Here is another vote for manual hubs. I am assuming that the ones on the F-1fiddys suck as much as the Explorer autos. My Warn manual hubs are awesome. I never have to worry about them breaking at the worst possible time.

I would go with the Warn hubs. I am not sure how much they are for your truck, but I have heard excellent things about them and have had nothing but good luck with the ones on my Explorer. The Mile Markers are supposed to be good too, but I have head of the cases on them breaking or something.
