Trailer Brake
I need a good trailer brake. Does anybody recomend a certain type, or are they mostly the same?

Surge, electric, hydraulic, electric-over-hydraulic; what are you looking for?

Do you need parts (like shoes) for brakes already there, or are you planning on installing brakes on a trailer that doesn't have any now?

I have the Prodigy Voyager for my F350 and 34'5er. Works really well.

Unless he has electric-over-hydraulic brakes, the P3 is overkill and more $$$ also.

They are just plain electric brakes. Most of the controllers Ive been looking at are around 100 dollars.

If you have a controller connector under your 350's dash, order the plug-in harness if you go with the Prodigy; quick and easy!

I found mine on craigslist for $60.... not bad, huh? put it in my '99 F-150 to tow a 15ft vintage TT.
