Failed emissions! Ideas?

Hey Foobar, I live in Ontario as well. I heard that they changed that law.. now it's 88 and newer always have to do it and 87 and older never have too. At least that's what I've been told.

.....just curious from here,.....i am south fromyour local, baloney; like about's 45 minutes to an hour ........in the Pierce County area and did just this "smog" testing's myself to reinstate/renew tag's ! ! Pass'd without a hitch but didn't even change my oil with it having like 4000 miles onit and all, but i do have a set of Bosh Platinum+4 plug's in just for this testing's...{made sure i have all cylinder's firing GOOoood.....
