390 Cam choice ?
I forgot to mention that I'm actually building a 410 for this truck. Those same cam specs with a 10.5:1 CR and 416 cid (bored .030) show over 500 lb-ft of torque from 2000-3000 rpm. Now THAT's a truck motor.

390 Cam choice ?
Well, I run a Comp Cams .560int .560exh 292/244@.050 dur cam in my 390 and I absolutely love it. I am also using the Comp Cams aluminum roller rockers and shafts to go with it though. It was a bit pricey but .. wow
