G= glowplug
I= injector
C= common or ground.
When checking the GPs do not use the ground pin in the connector. The reading will be higher due to going through the wireing. USe an engine ground. When check GPs though the connector Anything higher than 10 ohms the GP is getting weak. IF you check the GP directly 3-5 ohms is good, anythiong higher the GP is getting weak.
There is no ohm test per se for the injectors. You would need to do a buzz test.
I've had a miss going on during acceleration and I've already cleaned and replaced the IPR seals so I guess I'll pull the valve covers and check the wiring
if you ohm out the injectors using the injector pin and the center pin (common) you should have no more than 3.5 ohms. anything more and you have a connector, wiring or solenoid issue.
