Looks like the correct oil for your transmission. I'm using Mobil 1 Synthetic ATF. it is basically their version of the same oil. Got mine from O'Reilly Auto Parts for $5.59 a quart. Many swear by Schaeffer's products and they have a well known reputation. With a good synthetic oil, I don't think an additive would be necessary.
Thanks for the offer big bean. I found a rep that lives 18 mile away. He is delivering the oil to my house Saturday afternoon. Doing the motor oil too. I'm also trying thier fuel treatment. I'm excited.
BD, I think you'll be quite pleased if you've never tried Schaeffer's products before. I've been using them for about a year and a half, and I swear by them. You couldn't get me to use anything else in my truck. I have completely "Schaefferized" my truck, with engine oil, fuel treatment, trans fluid, diff fluids. You might ask your rep about some diff fluid too. My diff temps dropped about 20* when I switched to Schaeffer's gear lube.
Right at you JT...Schaeffers Rocks!! Been using the 9000 since it came out some 3 yrs ago, ATF is excellent 75W-140 great, Dieseltreat 2000(voted best fuel treatment), Penetrol spray lube, Citrol citrus cleaner..And their grease can NOT be beat!!!
I did get my first shipment of S9000 CJ speced. The grease will come out if you use their citrus cleaner, Sometimes i use it for hand cleaner. I would highly recomend Scaeffers to anyone.
WB, have you got any S9000 CJ certified? You did know about it, it has different labels on the gallon bottles. Gray generic labels.

Yep, that's what in my 7.3 now. I'll try the cleaner on my new set of jeans. I just bought them and last weekend I thought , "well let me just grease the steering & such", I'll be clean & neat about it. All of a sudden, blob "o" grease drops on me. Oh, *****, there went $40.
Mach 1, I couldn't agree more. I've got a little of everything you listed in my garage. The Penetro absoutley amazed me the first time I used it on some rusty exhaust clamps...it laughs in the face of PB Blast. I've had to use the Citrol to get some grease stains out of my shirts too.
WB, their you go..JT will back me on this one..Citrol on the greasy cloths, works good as hand cleaner as well.(My wife got a hold of a can and started using it to clean the counter tops, sink, kitchen, It smelled good in there, almost like the shop/garage).Did your S9000 come in Generic labeled bottles? Or did yours have the nice green labels, I just got some shipped to me..I understand they aren't going to ship any more of the CI+..It will all be CJ+..
JT--The penetro is great, They use it in the S9000 as well, So it must be awesome..Have you tried the diesel treat 2000 yet?
No more CI+...all CJ+ from here on out on the 7000. However, they've put more PAO synthetic in the blend for the CJ stuff, so it's a better oil than the old 7000, IMO of course.
My GF took some of my Citrol as well...LOL. She's using it on her stuff now after seeing how well it worked for me.
I have a 2001 Ford F350 dually and want to change all my fluids. What weight oil should I run in my rear end and transfer case. For the transmission the all trans looks like it will work but how about the motor? Where is the best place to order it, I am in California. Bean diesel you carry all of their line?
