Centurion is a company that did custom conversions to pickups and Bronco's for Ford (and possibly some other makes but I don't think so). One of the more common things that they did was the 4-door Bronco like this:
That eventually got phased out by the Expedition and Excursion. There were a few other oddball things that they did, such as my 4-door F150, because they didn't have 4-door F150s at the time. Another example would be the van above. They did pretty much anything.
Other than that they also added luxury options to these vehicles if the buyer wanted them, such as TVs, woodgrain panels, custom paint, etc.
Centurion would buy the vehicles from Ford, modify them, then sell them on Ford's lots. I have the factory stickers for my truck and the Centurion conversion from a Reg Cab to a Crew Cab was around $8000 on top of the truck's sticker price.
Centurion has since been bought out by a company called Southern Comfort Conversions, which now does BLING BLING type stuff to trucks and SUVs. Website:
