If it's making a friction noise when you push the cone it's toasted. Sorry, but yes your sub is indeed blown, or in the best case just about to blow. You can try hooking up each coil individually to se if only one is blown. If you find one coil is still good you can run it at 1/2 rated wattage and it might work ok for a while. Even if this works you should be actively hunting for a new sub because yours is on it's last legs at best.
