Allright, I'm the guy that my truck was stolen about a month ago and was recovered remarkably intact (yet still totalled) after going head on with a 10" cedar tree and 22" oak tree at 65MPH.
Anyway, here's the new addition:
Went from an absolute base model 85 F-150 4x4 to an 86 XLT Lariat with velour seats, A/C, cruise (still trying to get it working), whole nine yards.
I'm in the midst of tracking down parts to make it a 4x4, but otherwise I'm quite happy wth it. Might not be the best riding truck i've ever been in, but it is the best sitting
Yeah, i like it but it still breaks my heart that I'm using all of my SAS stuff on a street truck. . . but i REALLY need 4wd and since I already have all the stuff, figure might as well.
Better than letting it sit and collect dust, right?
In the end it's basically going to be a 1976 1/2 F-150 with 80's sheet metal. 390, 435, 205, solid 44, and a 9" (may stay 8.8 since i won't be beating on it too hard).
