Cool 2000 ford conversion 250
Locks are jumping up and down, if motor is running or not running. Any idea? Thanks

So the locks keep going up and down with out stopping,

Fried GEM (Generic Electronic Module). You'll more than likely have to get a new one. I believe it is a dealer-only item.

IIRC, there is more than one GEM in the truck. Each controls various electrical functions. The GEM I speak of controls all the door locks, interior lighting, power windows. It may do more but I don't have my service CD in front of me.
