1976 Ford Bicentennial
I recently came across this truck and was wanting to know if anyone knew of a good place to advertise it. I put it on evilbay a don't think theres much of a market for this type of truck on there.... i had the truck appraised about a month ago an thought i could get close to the appraised amount but didn't...
if anyone knows of a good place to put it i'd appreciate a response
Thanks Willgorr03

Know what you meen . Appraisals dont meen much on these old trucks . If you find a guy hunting for that certain one you get your money . But the Ftrucks no matter how rare are not in demand . Besides here. You could try one of the specialty mags like Hemmings or a
truck trader. internet based will get your add to more people. Good luck

I seen your truck on here+Evilbay, it is a VERY nice truck, but IMO you will be hard pressed to get 10K for it, unless you find somebody who seriously has to have this truck. I would not rely on flakeslist, or other sites where people don't have a grip of cash burning a hole in their pocket. I second using the specialty magazines.
I like your truck alot, but I would not give more than 5 grand for a truck that is cherry, and has rare stickers on it.(but that is me) I think that appraisals (for these trucks) are only good for getting numbers for agreed value insurance. The market you are trying to sell your truck in will dictate what it is worth. For instance, on Flakeslist, your truck isn't worth more than 3-4K. I would be patient on trying to get rid of your truck, and stick with the higher end publications. Why are you getting rid of it anyways??

thank you for the info... i thought about putting it in some type of mag or higher pub. but not sure. the reason i want to get rid of it is I have no place to store it. the place i used to live @ had a big shop an i kept it in there. now i moved to this dump ( as seen in the pics) an have no storage place for it. i don't want to leave it setting outside because of weather around here. one min sunny the next theres a tornado...
i'm just lookin out for the well being of the truck. I love driving it and having it around but i guess i just have to let it go..... welp thanks Willgorr03

I'd try for $7500, or better yet, find a fenced, gated, and secure place to park the truck and keep it. I however am a vehicle pack rat, for me it would suck to move.
You don't have a relative or a good friend who you can lean on to let you store your truck for a bit? Hell, even a barn would be better than a carport, or selling your truck.
I would suggest fixing minor things that are easy enough to fix, like the arm rest, and slap a seat cover on the seat to help protect it against any other damage (and to make the truck look more appealing, and make sure that plenty of armor-all was harmed during the shooting of those photos
