any body have a close up pic of the vacume pump on the passenger side by the battery?? i have a hose that has a connector broke off in it but there is now place for it to go i have looked looked and looked again and can not figure out where it goes. the pump is running constantly also. thanks for the help.
try looking at some pages of the bible. if you put the mouse over the pic and wait a sec, you will see a box on the bottom you can click to enlarge the pic again to read easier.
nope i checked the bible already and the post from maxium is not the ame hose. mine is very short so there are only so many places it can go. i will just have to take a picture of it so you guys can see it. thanks for the help.
I"m thinking ESOF vacuum line, but cannot tell for sure as your big hands are blocking everything else I'll have a look at mine on my way home and see if I can narrow it down for ya.
The one you have in your hand goes to the white piece that you can just see a piece of in the picture on the front end of the pump. It looks like it's broken off. It would form a "t" when hooked back up. It goes into the side of the white piece that has a flare on the end (the white piece on the bottom center of the bottom picture in your post)

ok yea i think thats where is goes. thank you. now how do i get that little white piece out?? i dont feel like breaking more than i have to. thanks guys!
I don't want to be the bearer of bad news, but I think your bigger problem is fixing that broken nipple. Probably going to require a pump. Maybe you can get a faulty pump and repair yours. Let us know what you come up with.
no i am going to a auto parts store and see if they have anything that will replace it. what does it do anyways? will my truck run any better with it hooked up?

It won't run better but your 4x4 won't work without it (if you're 4x4) nor will your A/C controls. It will eventually run itself to death.
