Angry new injector, different problem

Hi i have a 05 6.0 stock with 224,000 miles. Yesterday i had the truck at the dealer for a cold start issue. They told me #5 injector was bad. So i changed the injector, now it takes awhile to start then blows white smoke after it warms up. Any ideas? It seems to run fine when it starts but a huge plume of smoke.

When it would start it would surge and blow white smoke for a few minutes then clear up. Sometimes i would have to start it twice to get it to stay idling

oh, well i guess i have a different prob hen cause mine, if it sits long enough for the engine to cool down, it runs real rough loping like a gasser with a cam or like a cylinder isn't quite firing right. sounds real bad and doesn't run well until the engine warms up, then its fine.
