Found this site & was very impressed! Thought you folks could help me on my 94 F-150 wiring woes. The problem is the wiring to the steering column. The cruise controls don't work, the airbag light flashes & the horn doesn't work except when the factory theft alarm goes off. The guy I bought it from had installed an aftermarket radio & I was thinking that he inadvertently used the hot wire to the column for the radio. I plan on digging into this project this weekend but thought I would run it by you guys before I got started, Especially since I'll be dealing with the airbag. Any thoughts or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance for any input.

Ford starting using a "clockspring" at sometime that goes bad, and gives the problems you describe. It's what transfers the signals from the stationary column to the moving steering wheel buttons and airbag. If you do not have the clockspring, then you have a brush set or something in there that transfers the signals.
Clockspring? From your expanations it definately sounds like the culprit. I'll have to dig out my steering wheel puller & get on that! Thanks guys on helping me out with that one... I'll keep you posted on my progress.
