Karr alarm remote programming instructions

I just bought a replacement alarm remote for my 1999 Expy and I need the instructions on how to program it. My Expy came with a Karr brand remote from the factory. I've seen this brand on a lot of different makes of cars so I'm surprised that im having some difficulty finding the instructions on the net. Please help!!!!

whats up did you ever get you`re remote working.I have the same problem and no one seems to have answer.
