Gears
I have an 89 f150 with 3.55 gears and 33x12.5 and the truck has no power with the big tires. My question is what gears would be the best 4.10, 4.56? Also is it even possible to re gear the dana 44 ttb in the front?

You can change the gears in the D44 but like most gear swaps...it's expensive. The gear ratio you choose is dependant on how you're going to use the truck. Mostly empty hiway use I'd say the 4:10 would be OK. If you going to pull heavy stuff you'll need at least the 4:56 gears. Check out this link for axle ratios:
