battery light help please

Greetings,
My battery light has been coming on in the morning for about half an hour every day. Sometimes it stays off for the rest of the day. Sometimes it doesn't. Thing is I just got a new alternator and 2 new batteries a little while ago. Can anyone help me with this?

what Ron said. Turn the truck on and take a dmm to see how many volts the alt is putting out. it should be ~14 with the truck running. i have gotten bad ones from oh-rye-lees and autozoo before.

If you don't want to do it yourself, take the truck to the parts store and have them check the alternator and batteries. They can test them while they're still on the truck. But first make sure you don't have any loose or corroded connections.

There are two connections on the Alt., one with a nut and one plugs in. Check the plug-in, there should be a lock-in place to secure it. If it was broke while replacing recent Alt. the wire could be looseing contact, thus your light would come on, I know!!
Ditto the bad Alt., ditto some stores will check system out for you.
