Look at the first post. He provided an eBay auction number. It will be an ended auction, but you can look at his other auctions -- there's another one for the PSD decals. Very nice guy -- I already traded some emails with him and asked if he could do up some "XLT" emblems, since the acetone removed those from my badges when I "chromed" them.
he is a very nice guy..i ordered mine last night as well..i e-mailed and asked about chrome..we sent 3 or 4 e-mails back and forth..all with in a 1/2 hour.. i then orderd the silver for my black truck...he said it will be in the mail first thing this AM..i cant wait...
BD, I have aborted my install for the night. I have all the light in the world but want to wait for daylight and the answer to a few ?s.
I noticed that you installed yours further back from what was pictured from the ebay seller. Any reason for that aside from it looks harder to install when centered. Also, did you wet it down with water/soap solution for easier install or just put it on? I am thinking dish detergent solution so I can float it right where I want it.
I have also toyed with installing it elsewhere on my truck. Ron, got yours yet?
I put mine farther back because I thought it looked better from a distance. when I placed them further forward on the truck it looked like the were blending in with the brushgaurd.
Yes I did float mine for the install.
Word of caution: Do not get in a hurry, the clear backing tape is sticky stuff and if you try to lift it before the water/soap has evaporated you will tear the letters. dont ask me how i know....
I am toying with the idea of putting them above or below the 4x4 OFF ROAD decals on the back of the bed. They look like they would be a perfect match. Any input on that, anyone?

yes I did get mine in and on the truck already last night..I put mine on like BD did..I used rubbing alcohol to clean the spot and just stuck it on..it was simple..go slow when you peel that last see through tape ..pull it at a 45* while holding tight to the surface of the truck..if you lift too high, or peel too fast and not at a 45* it will lift the letters.ill wax the spot out today and take a picture and post it later...thanks for the link BD these things look good..good luck with yours Mike..
Looks great Ron. man, you keep that truck nice and shiny.
thanks BD..i love my truck she always shines..helps to wash it with murphy's oil soap for hard wood floor's..thanks for decal link..i love it and he was one hell of nice guy to deal with for sure...i e-mailed him 3 times and placed my order in all of 1/2 hour..
You know, I love black vehicles -- my 'stang was black. My last two trucks have been white though, and I've grown to like that too. Especially when it's 110 outside. I think black is the only color that's harder than white to keep clean. I try to wash mine every weekend (at least every other) but dang, it always seems to rain right when I get done with it. It did that this week...
I'll post mine up here when they come in -- I expect 'em any time...
BTW, I use Meguires NXT or Gold, whichever I lay my hands on when I need it. They both do an awesome job!

speaking of Murphys oil, do you think it will get the water spots of my truck?
I have always washed my truck with a good wash and wax liquid, but have also been known to run through the quickie wash and now I have some water spots that are not responding to gentle buffing.
