So the upfitter switches will work, they'll operate the power fold/telescope function.

i have a 02 that i would like to get new towing mirrors for but i want heat and the marker lamp is there a kit out their that will work with my older superduty

No "kit", but easy enough to wire up.

well i thought i could just use one of the power wires to get power for the heat and marker lamp

There are four upfitter switches, the first switch could fold the mirrors, the second can open the mirrors, the third switch could telescope the mirrors outwards, and the fourth switch could telescope the mirrors back in. Is this possible, how could you do this?

That is a big maybe. I'll have to look at the outputs from the outfitter switches.

There is a potential risk of having 2 switches (i.e. Fold and Unfold) at one time that would burn the motors or blow fuses.

My 00 Excursion came with the turn singal and the heated mirors. Even if the truck doesnt have the mirors with the turn singals on it the wire are still there
