Erractic idle

just recently my 00 2.5 LT. idles up high after i take it out of gear into neutral,one day i had to shut it down it was idling so high almost full throttle.doesn't do it all the time just every now and then.Could the TPS be going bad?

You should try searching this has been covered many times!! Clean your Idle air bypass!! If it is gunked up it will cause idle problems.
