04 4.6 harmonic balancer wobble

I have this truck at work and it keeps chewing up belts and throwing them off and the only thing I can see is the harmonic balance (crank pulley) is wobbling a little has anyone else had problems like this?

If the balancer is wobbling it should be replaced before it can cause engine damage. How much is a little?

can barely see it wobble but everything else that is belt driven seems solid.
