So just because your truck has a problem that means that Fords are no good? Wow its people like that, that give's companys bad reps. They think just because something goes wrong that the whole company is crap.

cost should not be yours. federal emisions warrenty is (on certain things) is longer than 3yr/36000.

When was the last time you cleaned your air filter? Maybe your mas air flow sensor got some oil on it? It has been a topic of these cai filters before. I haven't ever had a problem and I've been using them since the early 90's. It having been brought up though I switched to a dry-flow. Good luck!
