Lose 2 quarts a week

I usually have to put 2 quarts of 20w 50castrol in my 68 f100 360 a week. Its leaking a lot and burning some. Im gunna start with the left and right valve cover gaskets. Where else might the leak becoming from? ... Pretty much most of the time my block has like 1/4 inch of wet charred oil on it... all over it. On my left header wehre the header meets the exhaust pipe its charred with oil and smokes when they get hot. Where would the leak becoming from if the header is charred tehre?

The intake manifold can be a big leaker, both front and rear.

If it's burning a lot of oil you may want to replace the valve stem seals.
